Memorial Weekend

We kicked off our holiday activities by taking Seth to an area park. The park has ample space to run, fields for all sports and playground equipment aplenty, but Seth insisted the baby swing dominate his activities. While its not yet deemed safe to administer an "under-doggy", Seth was certainly exposed to some "aggressive pushing" on the swing. Also exciting, but not so aggressive was the soft pretzel Seth was treated to at the park concession stand. I believe pretzels rate right up there with pasta, grapes and milk.

On Monday we made the "day trip" to Easton and enjoyed the day with family. The cookout was a nice break from our recent commitment to raw foods. I think we are still dreaming about the taste of that hot dog as we return to the downing of the Kale. Ahh, healthy never tasted so good.

Seth really wore himself out with his cousins. By the end of the day he could barely stand. He was constantly on the go and insisted on imitating all of his cousins' activities. We ended the day by walking to Rita's Italian Ice, where Seth again took part in the group activity by sampling several different ices. We were definitely blessed with beautiful weather to enjoy our activities.
