Triathlon Update

Last Sunday I competed in my 2nd triathlon ever. This one was much harder b/c I was not in as good of shape. The 1/2 mile swim in the lake was awesome and I felt great, but the the end of the hilly bike ride I was dead! During the run I quoted Scripture and did everything I could do to keep my mind off of the pain I was in. My goal was to do in under 2 hours and I beat my goal by 9 minutes... I was pleased and maybe I'll do another one some day. Here are just a few pictures I managed to take!
